Teatime

Teatime

Drinking (way too much) coffee during the week: On the weekends, I try to live coffee-free: Tea time!

There is so many great things about teas: they are healthy ~ antioxidants ~ , they help you stay hydrated and even some studies find that drinking tea is linked with lower risk of Parkinson's disease, but most of all ... they are delicious! I feel like with coffees it comes down to really only two types: "good" and "bad", versus with Tea the flavor combinations are endless. - and actually differentiable to my unsophisticated taste buds.

Plus when, I find myself walking around the city with a cap of hot tea in my hand, I get a warm and fuzzy feeling inside indicating that the fall is officially here. And what means fall? Hoodies, Hugs, Halloween, Thanksgiving and by the time we know it: Christmas!

In New York, I found the coolest tea company: DAVIDsTEA they have limitless number of flavors from greet though "witch's brew" (yes, this the name of one of their teas! ) and the teas are soooo yummy! - it's like drinking happiness in a mug :)
